Effectiveness of Fuel Monitoring

GPS fuel monitoring trackers increase the data that is given, allowing the fleet manager to see information about fuel levels and consumption via our online platform and receive alerts in case of any theft or fillings.

This is an added solution, which can be included in both our basic and advanced fleet management solutions. The Fuel Level Sensor detects fuel level by measuring the variation as it changes. It is ideally suited for fuel-theft detection, and fleet management applications.

Our advanced software is able to monitor and send alerts on fuel tank levels by calculating approximate fuel usage and rapid fuel level drops indicating fuel theft.

Online GPS monitoring, facilitated by the Easy Track system, presents the ultimate solution to boost fleet efficiency and productivity. Fuel costs can amount to up to one-third of all fleet operating costs. Having an accurate fuel monitoring and control system is one of the main ways to cut operating costs and increase efficiency.

Fuel Monitoring

Fuel Monitoring helps with tank control

See where, when and how much fuel was filled into the tank. Make sure, that all purchased fuel is inputted into the tank. Rate drivers and vehicles according to their fuel consumption and set real fuel consumption rates for vehicles.

Fuel Monitoring helps to protect against theft

Know where, when and how much fuel was drained from the vehicle and get live notifications. The fuel module will help you to identify fuel theft events – sudden fuel level drops in the fuel consumption graphic show possible fuel theft events.

Reports and notifications

Receive detailed fuel level and fuel consumption reports. See total fuel consumed, fuel level at trip start and at the end, average fuel consumption, refueling and fuel draining events and more. Get instant notifications on fuel-draining events via SMS, email or in-system.

Fuel data

GPS tracking device collects fuel level and consumption data from the vehicle’s onboard computer (CANbus) or from a fuel level sensor, which is installed into the fuel tank. Collected data is sent to the TrustTrack platform, where the fleet manager can view it and use it.
